The Shutdown/Turnaround Procedures Manual is a reference tool that provides a “best practice” process for industrial maintenance shutdowns. It defines a clear direction by establishing all necessary components in a series of steps that are necessary to obtain best possible results. Several situations may be encountered that can easily jeopardize the success of: maximizing resources, preventing unnecessary costs, retaining control, staying on schedule (avoid deviation of the “critical path”) and the effectiveness of getting the job done.
