(Formerly Denco Planning Services Inc.) is an Industrial Maintenance
services provider based in central Alberta, Canada. We are a
Commissioning/Startup, Shutdown Turnaround Management Company, who
has been in business since 2000. We focus primarily on supplying
staffing and maintenance procedural solutions for our clients. We
have many opportunities in the oil and gas, pulp and paper, power
plants, OSB plants and wood processing facilities.

Planning and scheduling, this is the place to start.
Ideal Candidate for these positions
§
Will have
a trade certificate (Pipe Fitter, Millwright, Electrical,
Instrumentation, or Welder) or a certified technologist with an
accredited establishment.
§
Field
planning and/or coordination experience.
§
Working
knowledge with P&ID's and ISO drawings
§
One of
these software programs would be an asset. SAP, JDE, Maximo.
§
Basic
windows based computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) MS Project and
P3 will be considered an asset
§
Self
motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
§
Will be
comfortable in communicating with team members
§
Sub-contractor status would be an asset but not required.
Positions
§
Five (5)
immediate positions in Ft McMurray Alberta
§
Twenty (20)
future positions (2008-09) in Ft Saskatchewan, and the Edmonton
area.
Compensation
§
Wages are in the top 5% of industry standard
§
Living and travel expenses
General Description
§
Provide
the completions team and planning department with completed work
packages and ensure all aspects of the department policies are
adhered to.
Responsibilities
§
Provide
planning support for assigned area. (This includes all resource
disciplines)
§
Reviews
all work requests and ensures backlogs are current and up to date
§
Ensures
backlogs are distributed to all team members.
§
Attend all
meetings related to the CSU planning process including all
completions team requirements
§
Provide
reports weekly to the completions team and Planning coordinator
§
Ensure all
work orders, requisitions, and scheduled information are
communicated and entered in SAP in a timely manner
§
Manage
area backlogs using SAP and MS excel formats
§
Ensure
packages are created with accurate and pertinent information
provided by the completions team members as well as Maintenance
personnel
§
Ensure the
area schedulers are provided with up to date information
§
Ensure
work requests are reviewed for prioritizing and approval.
§
Work with
the schedulers on identifying schedule conflicts and constraints as
well as resource loading requirements and sequencing.
